The location was nice and perfect for walking around Deepwell Estates. Our room with a tub was individually decorated and lovely romantic.

We had a very nice time. Clean, great value hotel, the location was great not far from a large plaza with a large grocery store and plenty of stores and restaurants, downtown, museums, restuarants, and the famous tram and a grocery store. The atmosphere created was individual.

There were spotless & romantic rooms with the kitchen as well as the most comfortable bed.

Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Marvellous and perfect location just a short stroll away from Palm Springs Walk of Stars Sidewalk Plaques. Outstandingly accommodating people working here.

When we arrived at our hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by its location. It was conveniently close to the free trolley that takes you into downtown Palm Springs, making it easy for us to explore the area. We also found a small shopping area with restaurants nearby, so we had plenty of dining options. The surrounding area was lovely, with beautiful gardens and a peaceful atmosphere.

The hotel could benefit from some updates to ensure a more modern and fresh feel.

Fabulous hotel in a great and gorgeous location very close to a grocery store to stock up on snacks, really enjoyed this place. The continental breakfast was incredibly nice with plenty of items to choose from.

The hotel's location was perfect, being close to the city center and easily accessible to all the main attractions. The complimentary beverages provided by the hotel were a nice touch, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay even more. Additionally, the special attention to detail was noticeable, such as the welcome gift we received for my birthday, complete with a handwritten card.

One downside was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms, as we could hear people walking and talking through the walls. This sometimes disturbed our sleep and privacy.

Fairly clean hotel with an exceptionally kind staff and individually decorated rooms. Varied breakfast selection for all tastes with hard-boiled eggs, wine. The location excellent and ideal to a waterfall. And very close to The Saguaro Palm Springs.

Romantic and impeccable room, it had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a mini refrigerator. Location: the hotel was not far from palm canyon, palm desert, and the Desert Hills outlets.
